This website belongs to Jay’s Cakes. You can contact us on Instagram or Facebook.
What we collect
When you send an order request we receive the details you choose to enter, such as your name, contact details, the occasion and date, and anything you tell us about your cake, including any allergy or dietary information.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare a quote and arrange your order.
- To make sure your order suits any dietary needs you’ve told us about.
We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Services that process your request
Order requests are collected using Jotform. Messages you send us through Instagram or Facebook are handled under those platforms’ own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for up to 12 months after your order, then delete them. Sample
